UserTrail uses subprocessors to provide hosting, storage, database, email, payment, and infrastructure services. Subprocessors may process personal data only as needed to provide their services to UserTrail.

- DigitalOcean: cloud servers, object storage, managed infrastructure, and database/storage hosting used to operate UserTrail.
- Private Email: email hosting and message delivery for service, account, and support communications.
- Stripe: payment processing, billing, invoices, payment method handling, fraud prevention, and related payment services.
Purpose of processing
- Hosting and infrastructure providers store and process application data, analytics data, logs, backups, and service configuration.
- Email providers process sender, recipient, and message content needed for transactional and support emails.
- Payment providers process billing contact details, payment identifiers, transaction metadata, and payment-related records.
Changes to subprocessors
UserTrail may update this list when subprocessors are added, replaced, or removed. When this page is updated with new subprocessor information, UserTrail will send customers an email notice that the Subprocessor page has been updated.
Customers should review this page periodically and after notification emails if subprocessor changes are material to their compliance obligations.
